Set against the backdrop of the forthcoming Binckhorst park, the Grace takes its place within The Hague’s Central Innovation District with a metropolitan flair. Over 1400 residences are hosted within two soaring towers, one of which is poised to become the city’s tallest. The sheer scale of the development necessitates a seamless integration with its surroundings, maintaining a human touch throughout. To realise this vision, the outdoor spaces are thoughtfully conceived to harmonise with Binckhorst Park, forging a tranquil connection amid a tapestry of rooftop gardens.

A Central Landmark adjacent to Binckhorst Park

Nestled in the heart of The Hague, adjacent to serene waters and proximate to Hollands Spoor station and Grote Markt square, The Grace boasts a prominent position adjoining the new Waterfront Park Binckhorst. Here, opportunities for sports, play, activity, and socialising amidst lush greenery abound. The Velostrada cycling route ensures swift connections to the city centre, Leiden, and Delft. Designed by Mecanoo architects, this building will stand as a prominent beacon in the landscape, with two residential towers ascending to heights of 150 and 180 meters, respectively.

The new green heart of a thriving mixed-use destination

In the coming years, The Hague will realise roughly 40,000 new homes. An important contribution to this comes from the transformation of the industrial area De Binckhorst into a highly urban mixed residential and work area.

Creating a more biodiverse community

An array of housing types, including 30% designated as social housing, cultivates a diverse and vibrant residential community. Meticulous attention has been devoted to crafting communal gathering spaces, shared facilities, and innovative amenities that infuse the complex with a profound sense of community. Additionally, the comfortable conveniences also benefit a more efficient and affordable lifestyle. Central to this ethos are the rooftop gardens. Positioned on different levels, they form an interconnected outdoor space that is both attractive for official residents, as well as an attractive place for biodiversity.
