Esmée van Eeden is an assistant designer at OKRA. During her studies International Land and Water Management at Wageningen University & Research, she gained knowledge about the broad aspect of land use worldwide, including topics such as erosion, irrigation, forms of agriculture and the integration of sustainability. She is currently combining work with her studies in landscape architecture at TU Delft. She finds it interesting to work in a multidisciplinary team and to work on integral projects. In her graduation project she focuses on improving the land/water interfaces of the Haringvliet and the implementation of the Delta21 initiative in the area. The goal is to create a soft transition between land and water and develop a continuous dike zone connecting the delta landscape.
