Tom Renne is an intern at OKRA. He is interested in large scale urban planning as well as the design of special urban places, streets and parks. His main goal is to create resilient cities that can face the issues of the future. He believes that using the positive impact of green in the city is the best way to reshape cities, because it will withstand the negative effects of climate change like overheating and heavy rainfalls on the one hand and creating livable free spaces on the other hand.
Tom studied landscape architecture at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences and worked at WES LandscapeArchitecture in Berlin.
