Lise Sakariassen

assistant designer

Lise (1993) joined OKRA after she graduated from the University of Aalborg with a master’s degree in urban design. Through her studies she has had a special interest in the sociological aspects of designing for cities. She is fascinated by how the transformation of a built environment can have an impact on both a single user and the wider social scene. With this knowledge Lise aims to bring attention to how one can plan for safety and social inclusiveness.

Lise, who also holds a bachelor’s degree in city Planning from the University of Stavanger, knows the importance of working with multiple scales in order to create a well-functioning space that relates to its surroundings. She always strives to be creative and deliver innovative solutions, while enhancing the identity of the original context.
